Product

different variety of fry foods!

Distribution

Distribution:  I thought of a couple different ways to sell my product some people want meals some want individual orders. I Figure I make both!  All items are under the $5 mark expect the chicken fingers. I did this for a quick snack or food on the go!. Then for the real hungry people they can get meals We have a appetizer, Main Course, Desert and drink for 9.99 or main course and drink for 4.00! yes you might think any main course??! This is true the drinks are so cheap any ways because I buy them in bulk I can do this and still make profit maybe not as much but at least the customer is happy ( chicken finger combo is 4.50 though)

With Product i will buy it all in bulk! From different distributors, Like costco and i will make deals with pepsi or coke to put there logo on the side of my truck in huge marquee if they cut me a deal on there product. Business relationships are important.

Promotion

Promotion:  I decided I didn’t  Want to Spend any money in marketing! The reason for this is I know how expensive it could be to buy commercials and radio spots from working in radio. I believe why spend all this money on something if your commercial doesn’t even get noticed! I know when im watching tv I skip stations on and on the radio I change dials. How im going to keep people interested is but having weekly comic book strips. And fun things on my website to keep you coming for more!

Pricing

When it comes to pricing it could make or break a company, you have to figure out what the right pricing is for your product bu know your not losing money on actual product.
After Monthly cost I spend about 3,400 so after all i would have to make 112 dollars a day to break even on my truck and with the prices i picked i feel i could easily acccomplish my 60% profit idea. I also priced a lot of my prices as $1.99, 2.99, and so on after readig and doing this half my life that people

SWOT

What is S.W.O.T.?
An overall evaluation of the company’s strengths (S), weaknesses (W), opportunities (O), and threats (T).

Now that we know what S.W.O.T stands for  I wrote down some things I realized about my company.

Strengths: We are contemporary, we have a fashionable truck while serving great product with a twist. We are unique, we are not like many other restaurants, we are on wheels so we could move around don’t like us on flamingo and Durango? Don’t worry we will be at  Green Valley and Warm Springs tomorrow. Another strength we have is we are a family owned business so no crazy workers. It runned by me my husband daughter and friend. We always work out hardest to serve you and make your experience awesome. We also have a glass wall on one side of our truck so you can see the full operation of your food, from prep to the finishing touches!

Weaknesses: We are mobile so we are not in the same spot always which upsets some people because maybe they do want to eat us for lunch every day but don’t want to drive all over the city. Another problem that could be Is marketing, I refuse to spend money on marketing! Because if we are good about social networking and marketing and have the product I think people will enjoy, then it will all work out! The other problem will be the small space we have to make the store the product we have a variety of food but not much space so we can’t keep much with us. So I hope not 1000 people want Oreos because I will probably run out!

Opportunities: Word of Mouth One person enjoys they tell two people those two people enjoy they tell four and so on and so on. If we serve and make every experience a enjoyable one everyone will talk about it and we will be golden! Another thing is free social marketing, facebook, tumblur, twitter. If we keep up with tweets and customer feedback and interact with our customers the more business we will get! We are Partners with our sister truck Healthy stop, for those people who don’t like fried food. Community events we will do fundraisers and charity to help out the las vegas community. Coupons deals and offers will also be a opportunities to help our business grow.

Threats: Other trucks having the same ideas or better and healthy people not liking us.

Objective

The company’s objectives should be defined in specific terms so management can measure progress and plan corrective action if needed to stay on track. This section describes any major issues that might affect the company’s marketing strategy and implementation.

So when it comes to the objective of Fry Me Up, its simple!
1. Please the customer, the customer is always right
2. To serve great product with quality ingredients
3. To serve the customers while making a 60% profit or above
4. Satisfy customer need and wants by keeping them happy with deals, frequent Fry cards, and customer feedback deals
5. Market through social media and word of mouth and never paying for advertising.

EOC: Week 10: What are the benefits vs the features?

Using 100% Sesame oil for all our frying needs. We do this so there is less fat, and cooked with high quality yes it cost a lot more then regular oil. But it is better for you and just taste better.
Another benefit is we are mobile we can move around to any location, want us to be some where? Request it! and if we get enough request we will stop there for the day. We cater to where you the customer wants us at.
Another thing is that we can not only fry everything but we can serve it plan too! Want just a cheese burger no problem!! will charge a dollar less and you get what you want! We want every customer to be happy with us at Fry Me Up and if there is something you want us to start frying request it on our facebook page.

EOC Week 9: Three great mission statements

A mission statement is a statement of the purpose of a company and organization. The mission statement should guide the actions of the organization, spell out its overall goal, provide a path, and guide decision-making. It provides "the framework or context within which the company's strategies are formulated."

Mission statements clarify what the business is trying to get across to the customer about the experience the business brings along with making the customer and the employees happy. I feel it’s strong to get across all the key points of your business with a mission statement.

The key to building lasting customer relationships is to create superior customer value and satisfaction. Satisfied customers are more likely to be loyal customers and to give the company a larger share of their business.”

Fry Me Up Mission Statement:
Us here at Fry Me Up! Provide excellence service while providing a great experience and delicious product. We bring fun and exciting environment while serving quality food with fresh ingredients. We want the whole experience to be something to remember for the customers, staff, and over all business. We serve food, fun and the deep fry experience!

"Mission statements should be meaningful and specific yet motivating. They should emphasize the company’s strengths in the marketplace. Too often, mission statements are written for public relations purposes and lack specific, workable guidelines." Jack Welsh

1. Toss It Up Salads! Our mission is to provide the Las Vegas valley with mouthwatering alternatives to the usual high calorie lunch. We offer organic produce and all natural meats and fishes to be tossed up into what could be a life-changing lunch choice. Health information (available for download @ TossItUp.com) is provided to the public as means to understand the benefits of choosing healthy foods.

I choose turnheadz blog because I liekd her product and the way she talked about what she wanted to get across the the public about her business. She was short and sweet and got to the point.

2.As a business on wheels, the Indian Time Food Truck will provide excellent service, food and experience that are expected of any and all customers. For that, any and all customers are the first priority in any employees’ mind and will be serviced with a friendly and safe environment for everyone to enjoy and relax.

Another student who was short and sweet and to the point, I like how she said, "any and all customers are the first priority in any employees’ mind and will be serviced with a friendly and safe environment for everyone to enjoy and relax" Its true customers are always RIGHT!!

3.The HI Food Truck mission statement is to ensure that all customers and staff are treated with ALOHA and respect, to maintain a clean, comfortable and well-maintained premises and to provide at a fair price well-prepared and fresh meals. To make sure that all customers can experience the feeling of paradise and the environment of Hawaii."

I like this mission statment because she is catering to a them which i though was cleaver , wear a hawain shirt and get a discount. Its smart markating and plan. I enjoyed hers the best !
