Week 1 EOC: Great Customer Service

I had a problem with my Iphone at&t changed the minutes plan to were for 60 bucks a month i would have unlimited calling to all cell phone and have 200 minutes with land lines, which would have been perfect with my life style. I called up customer service and asked them what i could do to get the new plan. They changed it in 5 minutes and even back rated me so it seem like i had that plan for 2 months i thought that was really nice of them and they refunded me 60 dollars. Its company's like at&t who really make customer service something special.
